Dr. Lowenthal, Dr. Walters, and Dr. Jones are supported at the veterinary clinic by a caring staff of receptionists, technicians, registered vet technicians, and administrative staff. All members of the veterinary team work together to provide the best quality care for dogs and cats in North Hollywood and surrounding areas. The veterinarians and the veterinary clinic staff constantly strive to stay current on technological advances in the veterinary field and work to improve pet health by sharing information with pet owners.

In addition to providing veterinary care, the animal hospital has a bathing and grooming facility at the same location. By having an on-site facility that provides bathing and grooming, Blue Cross Pet Hospital offers complete veterinary care and services for all cats and dogs. The veterinary clinic encourages new or existing clients to become website members. As a website member, pet owners will have access to educational information about pet health and well-being.

Also, new website members receive a free vaccine with an exam (one per customer). For the new website membership special, the eligible vaccines are DHLPP (Canine Distemper/Parvo), Rabies, FVRCP (Feline Distemper), Corona, and Bordatella (Kennel Cough). The free vaccine offer must be used within 12 months of becoming a website member. Membership on the website is free of charge and is an informational resource for owners. For new patients, forms are available online and can be filled out from the comfort of home prior to the first vet appointment. 

The caring veterinarians and staff at the veterinary clinic think education is important for themselves and pet owners.
